Hello hello! Thank you for bringing your worthy selves across the boundaries of space and time into this domain. Today I did not go to church! Hoo that's bad right. I woke up too late! That sucks.

There is bound to be some controversial issue i can talk about. I'll start with breakfast. No, I'll start with health. Hoo! What an interesting topic! I'm sure anybody would want to know how to get even healthier! In the pink of health! Cliche!
Now I'll tell you a secret i heard on the radio some time ago. It concerns how much you should eat per meal. Some people prefer to eat everything they cook up, or buy. No wasting! Or some people just prefer to eat till they can't eat. Aka gorge! Live to eat! Well, doing that once in a while is okay! However, doing it on a per meal basis is bad for you! And your body if you consider yourself and your body some conjoined symbiote. Nevermind about that.
What you should get into the habit of doing every meal is to eat till you are 75-80% full. Now if you were one of those mentioned earlier you will say, "wait, how would I know I'm that full? I'm always either 110% full, 280% full, or I'm full!" Numbed by the constant fullness of the stomach after every meal, the stomach can no longer gauge its fullness! Oh No!
Therefore I shall assist you in gauging when you are just about 80% full. After you have eaten a meal, check yourself. Can you stand up and walk around without any difficulty? When I say difficulty I mean feeling bloated, uncomfortable, pain in the abdomen region, uncomfortable intestines. Any of the above. If you do, you have consumed too much! Cut down on about one quarter of what you have eaten for the last meal. WARNING: Only follow this lousy piece of advice if you weigh about or above the average weight for your age! Any underweight people out there, strive to achieve average weight! Or if you are an athlete who requires being a little underweight for special purposes, read all this and laugh! Then go see your own dietitians and nutritionists. Back to the main idea! After cutting down on that one quarter of your meal, check how you feel. Stand up and walk around, not too briskly. You might puke if you overdo it all the time. If you still feel outrageously hungry, then eat a little bit more at a time, till that hunger diminishes. If you feel alright, and only a little hungry, then you should stop eating for that meal. If you feel bloated and still hungry, that's just the wrong perception of the human mind. It's saying, I think I need to eat more. But your stomach is saying, hold on there, I'm still digesting. If you think you feel absolutely normal after each meal, don't push yourself to eat anymore than you usually do. In contradiction, eat eateateateat! I eat breakfast at 2:41pm haha.
